Enjoy a COMPLIMENTARY group fitness dance master class with celebrated choreographer Enrique Lugo at David Barton Gym.
David Barton Gym is located on the 2nd floor of building 410 above Pressed Juicery.
About the Technique:
Enrique Lugo has created his own style of work-out-dance based on his techniques representing the lyricism of French Ballet, the power of Russian Acrobatics, the moving emotion of Latin Rhythms, the technical styles of American Jazz, and the diatomic height and low impact of fitness classes such as Turbo Kick, Zumba, & Insanity… He believes that the interweaving of these elements creates an irresistible tapestry in which his students can find individual challenges, success, reach goals and lose weight while having fun at the same time in each and every one of Enrique’s classes.
