What is Cacao?
Cacao is the purest form of, and the origin of chocolate as we know it today. A bean, native to Central America grows in pods on the Cacao Theobroma plant, which literally translates to «Food of the God's».
The Myths and legends surrounding cacao show it to be a messenger to humanity in times when we fall out of balance with nature and our relationship to it. Our beans are cultivated with love on small organic family farms. Certified permaculture operations, the cacao trees are shade grown just as they would naturally in the wild.
What is a Cacao Ceremony?
Traditionally A shaman or spiritual leader brings together the 'tribe' in ceremony with cacao to facilitate healing, connectivity and to focus the awareness of the collective. The Ceremony is a place to connect with gratitude and harness the power of intention, grounding both yourself and the community in a place of love, of heart, of genuine bliss. At the core, it is about learning how to slow down, aim ourselves in a healthy direction and launch forward into our best possible way of being.
