2.Birrificio del Ducato Torrente
Torrente’s alluring aroma draws you in with notes of ripe citrus, peach, tropical fruit and pine. The beer is soft on the palate and develops progressively with waves of overripe tropical fruit, citrus and pine. This culminates with a pleasantly dry and herbaceous bitterness.
Tramezzini Trio — Caprese (Tomatoes, Buffalo Mozzarella) / Prosciutto di Parma, Oven Dried Tomato, Basil

3.Birrificio Baladin Super Floreale
Similar to a Belgian triple. The twist with this beer is that an English yeast strain is used for primary fermentation and American hops are used. After, it is bottle-conditioned for two months using a Belgian strain.

Vinous, similar to an exceptional vintage port. Very sweet, reminiscent of Marsala, with mild chocolate notes. Hints of oranges preserved in brandy, slowly oxydized and seasoned with exotic spices. Viscous to syrupy, with an explosion of body & flavours at each sip.
